Grape fruit Juice Can Increase Efficacy Of Cancer Drugs

The efficacy of certain anticancer drugs could be increased by grape fruit juice.  It was observed that those patients who take anticancer drugs with grape fruit juice once in a day received same benefit as those who were taking the same drugs for three times a day.

Oral Steroids No Longer Useful Against Sinus Infections

Latest study has shown that oral steroid prednisolon is no longer effective against sinus infections. This study was published in Canadian Medical Association Journal. Dr. Richard Rosenfeld, a professor at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and the chair of otolaryngology, who was not involved in this study said that it might be less powerful in comparison to our body’ immune system against sinus infections.
